What is dye sublimation printing?

What fabrics work with sublimation?
Sublimation works best on 100% polyester or polyester-coated materials. Our cut & sew jerseys use high-quality moisture-wicking polyester performance fabric. Sublimation does not work on cotton or dark-colored base fabrics — for those, we recommend DTF or screen printing.
Is there a minimum order for sublimation jerseys?
No, there is no minimum order. You can order as few as one jersey. Each jersey is individually made to order with your exact design, player names, numbers, and sizes at no extra setup cost.
How long does sublimation production take?
Standard turnaround for sublimation cut & sew jerseys is 2-3 weeks from design approval. This includes printing, cutting, sewing, quality checking, and packaging. Rush options may be available — contact us to discuss your timeline.
