What is the minimum order for embroidery?
There is no strict minimum for embroidery. However, pricing is most competitive at 24 pieces and above. Single-piece orders are available at a higher per-item rate. See our price calculator above for exact pricing at any quantity.
What is digitizing and do I need it?
Digitizing is the process of converting your artwork (logo, text, or image) into a stitch file that our embroidery machines can read. If you don't already have a digitized file (.DST, .EMB), we offer in-house digitizing for $60. This is a one-time fee — once digitized, your design is saved for future orders.
How long does embroidery production take?
Standard embroidery production takes 7-10 business days from artwork/sew-out approval. Rush options are available: 5-day rush (+10%), 4-day rush (+25%), 3-day rush (+50%), and 2-day rush (+100%).
What is the maximum embroidery size?
Our maximum embroidery area is 15 inches by 10 inches, and designs can have up to 15,000 stitches per location. Most left-chest logos are 3,000-5,000 stitches, while full-back designs can be 10,000-15,000 stitches.
Do you provide a sample before production?
Yes, we provide a sew-out sample (also called a proof or approval sample) before beginning full production. This lets you see the exact colors, stitching, and placement on your garment before we proceed with the entire order.
What garments can be embroidered?
We embroider on polos, caps and hats, jackets, hoodies and sweatshirts, t-shirts, bags and totes, beanies, and more. Most woven and knit fabrics work well for embroidery. Contact us if you have a specific garment in mind.
