Hats
Embroidery available on the left, center, or right panel of structured and unstructured caps. Perfect for branded merchandise, team hats, and custom POD products.
Apparel
Left chest or right chest embroidery on polos, hoodies, jackets, and more. Ideal for brand logos, monograms, and small designs.
How It Works
Getting started with our POD embroidery program is simple.
Apply to the Program
Contact us to apply. A minimum of 20 orders per month is required to participate.
Submit Orders
Submit orders via the SWX portal or in a production-ready format with vector artwork.
We Embroider
We digitize and embroider your designs on customer-supplied or pre-purchased garments.
Ship or Dropship
Pick up your finished goods or let us dropship directly to your customer for $4/order.
Program Requirements

Vector Artwork Only
All artwork must be submitted in vector format (AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF).
Max Size: 4" x 4"
Artwork must not exceed 4 inches by 4 inches for all placement locations.
20 Orders / Month Min.
A minimum of 20 orders per month is required to remain in the program.
Customer Supplied Garments
Garments must be pre-supplied by the customer or pre-purchased through us.
SWX Portal or Production-Ready
Orders must be submitted via our SWX portal or in a ready-for-production format.
Dropship: $4 / Order
Optional picking and packing service. Shipping costs are billed separately.
