Sportswear Express was founded in 1991 with a simple mission: deliver high-quality custom printed apparel with fast turnaround and outstanding customer service. What started as a dedicated screen printing shop has grown over three decades into a full-service custom apparel provider.
Over the years, we've expanded our capabilities to include embroidery, cut & sew sublimation for sports jerseys, DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing, custom stickers, and signage. Each service we've added reflects the evolving needs of our customers and the latest advancements in printing technology.
Located in Mesa, Arizona, we serve businesses, sports teams, schools, nonprofits, and individuals across the Valley and beyond. Whether you need 12 custom jerseys or 10,000 branded tees, our experienced team has the knowledge and equipment to get it done right.
We are also the production floor behind other shops. With three automatic screen print presses and more than 40 embroidery heads, we run wholesale contract screen printing and contract embroidery for decorators, promotional products distributors, and apparel brands.
